The delicious Eastern and Indian cuisine started with a simple idea of a little curry wrapped in a rooti (salomies) and sold in the butchery.

This small idea, created quite a fervour when introduced in the butchery, and proved an opening in the marketplace. Lady Bee Delhi Diner became a reality in a small shop next to Lady Bee Meat Emporium. Dish as much or as little as you like, and pay for your food by weight.

Originaly thought crazy by most, the premises became too small after eight months of trading and moved to a larger shop. But this too was insufficient, as it only served the Southern Suburbs. A second restaurant was opened, in the northern suberbs, as well as having to move bigger premises after trading for only a few months, and opening a conference centre to accommodate large functions. Lady Bee Dehli Diner's currently operates from six locations.
